Holbox offers 20 miles of beautiful white-sand beaches covered by a multitude of mother-of-pearl shells and bathed by the sea's tranquil and temperate waters. Visitor may explore the area freely by bicycle or on foot and discover solitary beaches to marvel at the sunsets: a glorious explosion of colors that ignite the sea and sky. The village's restaurants serve the freshest products that you can imagine: direct from the sea to your table and prepared in an exquisite fashion. The house is equipped for everyday living. There is 1 close bedroom, with a Queen size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, and all kinds of mexican dishes and cups and glasses. All pots and pans for cooking. No toaster, and no microwave. There are electric fans everywhere. There is an outside cold shower behind the bedroom used for after being in the sea. When you are having breakfast in the mornings, (around 7 a.m.) you can see the fishermen coming in with their catch of the day and you can buy fresh fish from them for around 20 or 30 pesos, depending the size and which fish. In the town, you can buy everything, and I mean everything, from all
fruits, vegetables, cereals, pasta, rice, wines, liquor and beer cheese, eggs, chicken, jams, etc. There are two drug stores as well,lots of restuarants (good ones) cafes, internet cafes, etc. There is also a place you can rent bikes, and golf carts. The only thing Isla Holbox does not have is a BANK. Therefore cash is needed before coming on the Island. There are restaurants that do take credit cards.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking. Balance is due prior to arrival date. A $300 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival. This can be paid cash, and will be returned at checkout. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless unit is re-rented. If reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior, rental fee less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order,cash,travelers cheques.
2. PAYPAL (we do not accept credit card directly but payments can be done via Paypal from clients credit cards if they so wish to do so as we are set up to accept payments this way with Paypal. Please note that there is a 3.5% service fee). Check in and check out times are flexible and can be discussed with owner.**An exit cleaning fee of $50 is applicable to all rentals.
