This apartment is located in rue Amelot, between the place de la Bastille and the northern Marais. The rue Amelot is a long street parallel to Boulevard Beaumarchais with his camera shops and good restaurants, few step away from Place de la Bastille and Place de la République. It is also very close the famous Place des Vosges and the Musée Picasso.
The apartment is located at third floor via stairs. It is a 70 square meters two levels apartment. At low level there is a wide living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a toilette room. Upstairs, the apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedroom there is a mezzanine where one or two young people can sleep.
The living room is furnished with elegancy and simplicity: two wide sofas, dining table and chairs, minor furnishings.
The main bedroom provides a double bed and a wide cupboard, and the second bedroom offer a double bed.It is available a folding bed for a 7th person.
The kitchen has a electric fires cook top, traditional oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils.
In the toilette room at low level there is also a washing and a dryer. The apartment provides High speed Internet connection, Tv cable, DVD player, telephone.
The nearest Metro stations are Sebastien Froissart (line 8) and Richard Lenoir (line 5).

Rental General Conditions
1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3. BALANCE PAYMENT and REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
The balance and the refundable security deposit must be paid at latest 4 days before the arrival date, by credit card. 4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The standart price includes:
- 1 double bed for 1-2 persons (price for 1-2 people).
- 2 double beds for 3-4 persons (price for 3-4 people).
If you need 2 beds (for a 2 people rental), an extra fee of 50 euros is applied for the extra bed.
If you need 3 beds (for a 3-4 people rental), an extra bed of 50 euros is applied for the third
bed.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only. 5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.
As the balance and the security deposit has to be paid at latest 4 days before the arrival date, should be the balance and the security deposit already paid at the moment of cancellation, the balance and the security deposit will be refunded in full. The booking deposit only may be deducted just in case of cancellation (see above)
6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.
7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
