People have spent hours on floats gazing at the sheer descent, sparkling waterfall, the Mango tree, and the swaying palms. In addition to the lounging chairs and a BBQ grill, there is a table with an umbrella for outdoor dining. The kitchen inside is fully stocked to include a crock pot, blender, shaker, and martini glasses for your favorite summertime drinks.

At the front of the property is a courtyard with a trickling fountain where guests have spent hours quietly savoring their preferred morning coffee and newspaper or reading a long awaited novel.

This exclusive home comprises:

- Master bedroom with king size bed has a large closet, its own bath, and a separate outside entrance

- 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet

- 3rd bedroom has twin beds and a TV

- Living room, dining room, and large Florida room with board games

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Separate laundry room including laundry supplies

- Private 13 X 24 heated pool with mesmerizing waterfall (House has child pool alarms)

Property is licensed by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants which means that the property is in full compliance with state safety standards. These include smoke detectors and pool alarms on all doors and windows leading to the pool area.

The owners/operators live nearby and are available twenty four hours a day in case of emergencies. The home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services. Flawless attention to detail is our goal. Consistent, unobtrusive service is our style. Our facility is always immaculate. Comfort is your right as our guest.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are not considered confirmed until a credit card is approved. There is a 4 night minimum during the peak & mid seasons. There is also a minimum stay of 4 nights during the holidays of July 4 & Labor Day. Please inquire about minimum nights during low season.

Deposits
A 50% deposit through MC or Visa is due at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% through MC, Visa, or cash is due at check-in.

General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house. We suggest guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in & check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates. Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to the original credit card used at deposit.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within 60 days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures & no-shows.

Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, QUIET, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people, including children. With respect for our neighbors, Ft. Lauderdale Vacation House is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults & families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing by the owners. We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups, or bachelor parties.

Pet Friendly
There is a $95 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current licence & vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs at check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).
