'Spiti Spiros' is a comfortable, well-appointed, air-conditioned, furnished with style, 2 bedroom vacation apartment on 2 floors with 2 large balconies, patio, and secure parking for a car, ideal for families or a group of up to 6 (plus a baby in a crib). The residence is located in Porto Rafti, on the eastern coast of Attica, the Greek Riviera, near one of the best beaches in Attica, largerly undiscovered by tourists and a famous vacation destination area for the Athenians. Porto Rafti is only 12 kilometers from Athens Airport and 38 kilometers from Athens itself; an ideal holiday destination that combines the sun, the sea and sight-seeing including the historic Athens. Day cruises to islands and many day trips to historical sites are easy either by car or by public transport to Sounio with the impressive temple of Poseidon, the temple of Artemis in neighbouring Vravrona and Marathon to name some. From the ports of Lavrio, Rafina or Piraeus, you can take the ferry for a day visit to many Greek islands. Alternatively, you can hire a private yacht with your own captain to cruise to many islands of your choice at a reasonable price with drinks included. We are located in a quiet residential area, about 1100 metres from the sea front with a choice of many sandy beaches, fish tavernas, restaurants, cinemas, bars and clubs. The area is famous for its excellent local wine and is renowned for its crystal clear sea. All amenities are within 5 minutes drive. The apartment comprises:
First floor
* entrance to sitting room fully furnished and with the addition of a comfortable sofa bed (for up to 2 people), TV and DVD. There is a large balcony with marble top table and chairs to relax and enjoy your meals and the tasty local wine outside,
* bathroom (shower, basin and wc)
* well equipped kitchen/dining room with cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle,coffee maker, toaster, dining table and chairs for 6, plus baby high chair - laundry facilities available on site free of charge.
* spiral staircase with wooden steps leading to Second floor
* double bedroom (a baby's bed can be added)
* bathroom (shower, basin and WC)
* twin/triple bedroom with a sliding door leading to a large balcony with views to the local countryside and the sea.
* Outside secure and gated patio and parking for one car 'Spiti Spiros' is part of a small number of holiday units in the same site, ideal also for larger groups or wedding guests (for up to 22 people plus babies).

The price is per week for the apartment on a self-catering basis, for up to 6 people (2 sleeping in the double bedroom, 2 or 3 sleeping in the twin/triple bedroom and a 6th person sleeping in the separate sitting room on a comfortable sofa bed) plus a baby. The rental price also includes all bills of electricity, water and air-conditioning, bed linen and bath towels changed weekly, pre arrival cleaning of the apartment and a welcome pack to start your holiday. Changeover day is flexible. You pay 50% of the rental value to secure the booking of the apartment.
Refundable damage deposit of £200 or EUR 300 is also required. Discounts for longer stay and/or for larger groups available - please enquire 'Short breaks' or 'long weekends' on request (minimum 3-4 nights), for those who would like to have a relaxing time by the sea, soak in the sun and/or visit Athens and the surounding antiquities: charged at 1/5 of the weekly rate per night. 'Spiti Spiros' is part of a small number of holiday units on the same plot, ideal also for larger groups or wedding guests. Special discounts available - just ask.
