The surrounding area shows the river (la Seine), Rue St. André des Arts with restaurants, The Market of the rue de Buci, School of Arts, the Mint, the French Académie.
This apartment, located at the 1st floor via stairs, is full of old European charm with its beautiful oak wood beams and its walls of exposed stones. It is sunny plenty bright because of two large windows. It is suitable up to 4 guests (one queen-size bed and one double sofa-bed). A baby bed is available at a symbolic extra cost.
The open kitchen offers all of the conveniences of a larger apartment: fires cook top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, cooking utensils. A beautifully tiled bathroom has shower, lavabo, WC, hairdryer, and a washing machine.
The apartment provides code and intercom security system, iron and ironing board, linen and towels telephone, TV cable and high speed Internet connection for your laptop.
The nearest metro stations are Odeon (lines 4 & 10) and Saint Michel (line 4, RER B & C). The line B of RER connects the two Parisian airports: Charles de Gaulle and Orly.

Duration of the stay:
The minimum stay is 4 nights.
Less than one week: 150 euros/night for 1-2 people, 190 euros/night for 3-4 people.
The rate for one month is 2500 euros.Christmas & New year +25%. 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due at delivery of the key).
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 euros is required.
Check in after 10 p.m. and checkout before 10 a.m.
The rates include linen and towels. Cancellation & Return Policy:
50% of the account will be returned if cancellation is made at least 60 days before the date of the rental. There is no refund for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
