This luxury apartment is located in Rue des Beaux Arts, in the 6th district, just five minutes walk from the intellectual cross roads of Paris, Les Deux Magots, at St Germain des Prés. The great bohemian playwright Oscar Wilde lived and died in the "Hotel" in Rue des Beaux Arts, and in the same "Hotel" Jorge Luis Borges resided some years later. The world famous École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts (Ensba) de Paris is at the end of the street, on the corner with Rue Bonaparte.
Our apartment offers a nice entry, a very large living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large kitchen. It s entirely furnished with antiques and features XVIII century paintings and prints and antique geographic maps.
The living room has three large windows opening on the Rue des Beaux Arts, a dining area with a beautiful table for 10 to 12 people, a living area with a traditional Parisian fireplace, two beautiful sofas, a prestigious "Empire" dresser and minor furnishings.
The two windows of the main bedroom open on a private garden and on two-consecutives courtyards. The bedroom itself features a queen size antique bed with bedside tables, a soda, and two closets. The window of the second bedroom also opens on the private garden and offers two "Empire" single beds with bedside table, a desk, etc. The third bedroom has a queen size double bed with bedside table, a closet, etc.
The main bathroom has bathtub, wash basin, WC and bidet; the second bathroom shower, wash basin, WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped: a gas cooking range with electric oven, fridge & freezer, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric water heater, coffeemaker and espresso machine, a complete set of kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans.
The apartment provides high-speed Internet connection, TV cable (CNN reception).
The nearest Metro stations are Saint Germain des Près (line 4) and Mabillon (line 10).

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
