Our luxury vacation home is located in sunny Central Florida in the
upscale community of Indian Ridge just 3 miles from Disney.Our home features 1,727 sq feet of living area, fully air-
conditioned, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a
vanity sink, shower, cable tv, ceiling fan, alarm clock and pool
access and large walk in closet. The kitchen has a gas oven, a full size fridge, garbage disposal,
toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer and coffee maker. There is
everything you need in the kitchen including, pots, pans, utensils,
etc. Our home has a family room and living area which is great when
traveling with children. There are tv's in both of these rooms.The
children can view tv in the family room while the adults enjoy quiet
time in the living area. There are 5 tv's total for your enjoyment
along with a dvd player and 3 vcr's. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. We also
included an iron and ironing board so don't overpack. There is a
hair dyer in each bathroom in case you forgot to pack yours. There is an assortment of books and magazines for your convenience
and we also have over 75 videos for your viewing pleasure..with a
large selection being videos for the children. Smoking is allowed only on the outside patio. We do allow certain
pets so please inquire. Two of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room and one is
decorated in Tinkerbell decor.Any little girl will feel like a princess in this room. The other twin
bedroom is done in
Red Sox bedding. The 3rd bedroom is also a queen size bed.
Also the queen sized sofa in the living area opens up to accommodate
2 more. Sleeps 10 The pool area has a table, chairs and loungers. Large sized deck area
with overhead cover for those who wish to get out of the sun.
A grill is also located outside pool area for your convenience. We have also included a crib, bassinet and high chair for your toddlers as well
as a stroller. There are also 2 alarms on the patio doors leading to
the pool area. This is important if you have small children who like
to wander. Anytime a child opens the door leading to the pool an
alarm will sound to alert you of your childs whereabouts.
We have also included a baby monitor which enables you to hear your
child from anywhere in the home. There are also 2 wheelchairs in the garage to assist those who may
have trouble walking to see the sights. Minutes to restaurants, shops and attractions.
We are conveniently located only 3 miles from Disney, and approx 1
mile to 192. We require a deposit of $200 (£100) to book the villa.
Balance due two months before arrival date. Returnable security
deposit of $200(£100) will be refunded back to you after inspection
of the home. No refund if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival.
50% refund will be refunded if cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival.
An additonal charge of $165.00 will be added if you want the pool
heated.
Directions will be emailed to you once deposit is made.The key to the home is located outside the
home in a lock box. No need to drive miles to a mgmt. company to gain entrance to the home. This is
very convenient since it allows you to arrive any time of the day.
