This is a truly cozy and pretty home. The back yard is full of flowers and nice green grass; as well as the front of the home; which has a partially fenced in yard.
The Capitola Village is an easy 7 blocks stroll, down a slight slope.And added bonus is you can look out the front yard and see that citadel of tempting goodies, Gayles Bakery as well as the Fresh Vegetable Stand. Also, it is only 2-blocks away is the new Nob Hill shopping center with many shops and restaurants.
