Villa Erifili is located on the top of a hill on its own private ground of 5000 sq.m and surrounded by olive trees flowers and flowering shrubs.The location only ten minutes drive from Skiathos town is within walking distance from Evagelistria monastery and museum and it is very quiet.This comfortable 180sq.m villa is built on two levels.Entering into the first level a large open planned space includes a very big living room with a fire place,and plenty of sofas and windows to enjoy the view and the dining area.Adjusting to the living room there is a very big terrace 100sq.m ,half shaded,with outdoor furniture offering spectacular,uninterrupted views to Skiathos town,Skopelos, Evia and the deep blue of the Aegean.Next to the terrace there is a private pool (40 sq.m)approx. On the first level there are also a country style kitchen fully equiped,a bathroom with bath and a facility room.On the second level there are three bedrooms,two with double deds and one with three single beds,and a second bathroom with bath.Villa Erifili is very carefully decorated and has wooden ceilings and floors.
