Erin is located in one of the most colorful, safe and friendly neighborhoods in town, with plenty of stores and restaurants, only eight minutes from the city center and the fairground, just five minutes from the railroad station. This beautiful, extra-clean apartment features three large bedrooms that can sleep up to seven guests as a whole. There is a great living room, a hallway, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lot of storage space. According to the local tradition floors are made of original, turn-of-the-century decorated tiles, ceilings are stucco. Windows have just been renovated to ensure maximum quiet and insulation year-round. All rooms are exceptionally bright, with nice views of the street and backyard. Select new furniture and perfectly working appliances make this apartment extremely cozy and functional. Parking is available both on the street and, at times, in a private yard, where a couple of old-fashioned craft shops still operate. Enjoy buying bread directly from the bakery, meat from the butcher, vegetables from the greengrocer – exactly like people did 100 years ago. All these shops are no further than two blocks from your door. Walk to the center of Bologna, and stroll along the porticoed streets. Admire the historical monuments all around and shop at the medieval market. Enjoy wonderful espresso coffee while relaxing at a café and people-watching. And at the end of the day, your cozy apartment will welcome you back and provide a lovely sanctuary for you to relax and prepare for your next day in Bologna. The seafood restaurant next block was just fantastic. In 10 days we were able to see all the museums, Ferrara, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Mantua, Ravenna and bits and pieces of Bologna.
