A short 3 mile drive on 1 street puts you on the sand at the beach at Lauderdale by the Sea. The living room & dining room features a 50 inch DLP TV, DVD player, stereo and a mahogany Brunswick regulation sized pool table that can convert to a formal dining room table to seat 4-6 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. The master bathroom, across the hall features a huge stone shower with a rain head, his and her double sinks with a marble top on a bamboo vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser, a mirror, recessed lighting and a celing fan. There may or may not be a flat panel television provided in this room. The third bedroom is being used as an office. There are multiple computers available for internet access and web surfing. Wireless access is also provided. It is possible to put a blow up bed in this room, if need be, but it is up to the guests if this is needed. Please be sure to mention if you will be needing a blow up bed. The Outside has totally been transformed from an average everyday backyard to a tropical paradise. It has a pool with a waterfall and a table in the pool for sitting at with water jets at your back. Outdoor rock speakers surround the entire back yard. The Tiki Hut has a bamboo ceiling fan, a table and chairs to seat 6 and a water misting system. Nearby is a custom made outdoor grill island. At night, landscape lighting lights up the entire backyard with a 3 color pool light that changes the water to different colors. The kitchen features the normal things you would find in a kitchen with a Kegerator that holds a keg of beer. Available upon request is a complimentary pony keg. Also, 2 mountain bikes are made available for riding during your stay.
