Villa Clara is a beautiful, private, self contained Provençal-style holiday home with modern amenities. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our friendly French managers Benoit & Corinne, who speak fluent English.
Located in the charming medieval village of St Jeannet, Villa Clara is only two minute's walk from the Village's butcher, grocer, French bakeries, resturants and bars. The location is only 16km from Nice airport, while Italy is an easy one hour drive away.
Enjoy wonderful Mediterranean views; dine on the terrace with our wood-fired pizza oven; swim in our private pool. The location gives you all the busy Cote D'Azur has to offer combined with the get-away-from-it-all retreat that Provence is famous for. We have furnished the Villa with everything you have at home, including laptop, printer, scanner and photocopier and unlimited high speed internet.

A payment of €150 on arrival is required to cover cleaning costs.
A fully refunded security deposit of euro 700 must be paid in cash on arrival.
We require a 25% deposit on confirmation of a booking(this is non refundable). The balance is payable 2 months before the booking date.
The renter is required to have insurance cover for each person.Out of peak season (not june to October) we may be able to accept 5 night bookings. Please email for availability. To pay by Credit Card, email the owner at annapocock@gmail.com.
Credit card payments must be 100% of the tariff at the time of booking.
