The house come with laundry (dryer,washer), nice stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, 2 entertainment centers, linens, towels, kitchen things,etc..
RATES:
The daily rental is $325.00 per night in a minimum of 3 night stay, and $300.00 per night for more than 3 nights or best offer.(LIKE $37 PER NIGHT PER PERSON) WE DO EXEPTIONS FOR ONE NIGHT WITH GROUPS THAT COMES TO CRUISE LINES AND WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE ISLAND AND OUR CULTURE TOO. One time administrative/cleaning fee of this huge house.

The house have a lot of beds, 1king, 1queen, 1twin, 1full and 1 sofa-bed, but if a group comes in I have other 15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 20 persons. The house have 3 tv's, cable TV with One Link, and it have Hi-speed internet.

I accept cashier checks, money orders, managers checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, travel checks etc.

The place is near everithing, malls (5 min), fast foods, beaches(10 min)OR 5MILES TO: casinos, hotels, airport (main at 8 minutes, also the beaches).
The community name is Parque Montebello calle 1 A 19 Trujillo Alto Puerto Rico 00976 (is in San Juan border but it's easier to the Trujillo Alto US Postal Service to deliver the letters. The exact location by GOOGLE MAP IS: on third light of 181 expresway with intersection of route 876 and the cardinal points are latitude 18'22'50.07"N and lenght 66'1'17.09"W.
