The Coral Reef is a private pool home located just a short walk or golf cart ride to a 3.5 mile long unspoiled beach with great shelling and fishing. Wonderful views of the State Nature Perserve and the ocean from the dining veranda off the kitchen and greatroom. The house is professionally decorated and furnished in the British Colonial style with no details over looked. A gourmet kitchen fully equipted is ready for you to prepare your favorite island dishes and drinks. The ground level imported stone patio/pool deck is fully furnished and has an outdoor kitchen for cold drinks and barbecueing. This home was designed for island style living. Seemlessly creatating a flow from the interior to the tropical garden North Captiva. The 2 master suites have queen size beds, the kids bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom comes with a queen size trundel bed. Also the loft, 4th level to the house, has a fold out couch and a sundeck with spectacular ocen views.
The great room which flows into the dining area and the kitchen has a cathedral ceiling and very cool Fanamation ceiling fan. The rental of the house comes with the use of a golf cart and our bicycles to navagate the island and a guest membership in the North Captiva Island Club and use of their facilities including 2 pool, a hot tub, work out room, kayaks, pool bar, tennis restaurant and more. WiFI internet or use our computer, Also unlimited long distance from our house phone. Come stay with us, live on island time and leave refreshed!
