A spectacular two story vaulted cedar ceiling living area with wood burning stove and access to the pool terrace. The living room features a large LCD TV with satellite reception, a CD/DVD player, 5.1 surroundsound entertainment system for your enjoyment. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, breakfast bar, and dining area with a custom wood and wrought iron table. It has a microwave oven, juicer, pannini machine and other necessary small appliances. The bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to provide one large bed. It has a large terrace that overlooks the sea and access to the pool. The bathroom is fitted with 100 year old cedar furnishings. The pool terrace has travertine and iron table with 8 chairs for dining. The private entry courtyard features chaises for sun bathing and an area for dining. Lower floor
A private apartment with seperate entry includes a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom, living room with great sea view and large glass doors facing the sea and a private balcony. The fifth bathroom is located just outside the apartment for use while enjoying the pool. The house is situated on the exclusive Cukurbag peninsula only 5 km from Kas. Kas is set in a charming location on the Lycian Coast and is surrounded by magnificent mountainous countryside, and the water offers excellent swimming and scuba diving. Kas has managed to maintain its traditional fishing village atmosphere and despite its international popularity has not been spoiled by the ravages of mass tourism. Kas lies between Antalya and Fethiye on the majestic Lycian coast. The sheltered bay of Kas is composed of the old harbor winged by Limanagiz bay and the peninsula, facing the Greek island of Kastellorizo (tr. Meis) only 5km away.

During high season we pefer to accept bookings of a two week duration. We will accept reservation for a lesser duration with additional surcharge.At the time of booking, we ask for an initial payment of 50GBP per person. Once this payment is received by us, this constitutes acceptance of our Booking Conditions and a commitment to proceed with the booking. This is the only payment required until 10 weeks before departure. At time of arrival a 3000.00 GBP security deposit will be collected by our property manager. It will be returned within 14 days of departure. The gardens and pool are maintained daily and cleaning is done once a week, with a full bed linen change. Fresh bread will be deliverd daily if requested. We find that most guests prefer privacy. If you would like to have more frequent maid service it can be arranged for an additional fee. For additional luxury, we can also arrange professional cooking services for those special meals. We are situated 188 km (about three hours) from Antalya and about 160 km (two hours) south of Dalaman Airport.
