The interior is spacious and has been stylishly redesigned, combining the modern furniture with traditional materials with special attention to the detail. The villa is available during the entire year with self-catering or catering.
In the southern central part of Istria peninsula, lies the medieval town-monument of St. Vincent. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved while vineyards and olives dominate throughout this area with warm Mediterranean climate. St. Vincent and its surrounding countryside is known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from other parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and Brijuni national nature park with a 18 hole golf course are just a 25 minutes drive away. The Adriatic coast with the crystal clear sea and all water activities is a 20 minute drive by the beautiful city of Rovinj with its art community. From Rovinj make a day boat trip to Venice. Great restaurants, taverns, wineries are all around the Villa and a mountain bike trail by it.

7 nights accommodation, A welcome pack, Cleaning, Laundry (once per week linen, two times per week towels), Pool maintenance, Garden maintenance, Gas, water, electricity, Tourist Tax, Registration Fee, Villa mobile phone, Firewood, Meet and greet.
