This beautiful penthouse is set on the 5th floor, with lift, of a private enclosed holiday complex set in lovely manicured gardens within a few minutes walk of the beach. An exceptionally large private terrace offers truly amazing sea views towards the mountains of North Africa and Gibraltar.The complex itself has two huge beautiful pools, one of them heated. Within the grounds there is also a children´s pool, paddling pool, toilet area, an aviary and a gym. In high season a poolside snack bar is open and entertainment is laid on weekly. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave and a separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. A trip to the nearest supermarket is within a five minute walk as are bars, restaurants, a taxi rank, and the bus service into Marbella and Fuengirola.
