Heritage House is a luxurious, perfectly located chalet located at Mont-Tremblant, only minutes from the quaint shops of St-Jovite and the combined skiing capital of Tremblant, Mont Blanc and Grey Rocks. It is nestled high in the secluded hills of "Villa des Bois", on 1.7 acres of private forest. The home is 2,400 square feet of modern, opened spaces, cathedral ceilings, and "walls of glass" where you may bask in sunshine (or in moonlight), all year round, while taking in the stunning view and the mature trees all around. It has 4 very large bedrooms, 3 full washrooms, 5 decks and a large screened-in porch. It is fully equipped to receive 8 adults very conformably. The main floor living room is simply stunning with its huge cascading windows, warm Napoleon fireplace, antique furniture and original art, its cosy couches, superb library and wing back chair. The living room is such, we are told, that no photo can appropriately describe the sensation. It has to be experienced first hand. The oversized family room is on the lower level, with its 9 foot ceiling, relaxing furniture, Satelite large screen tv, vcr, DVD, and yet another wood burning fireplace. The patio door walk-out leads to a colorful wild flower garden, more decks and the romantic pathway to the lake, through the woods. The dining room is large and accommodates an entire group of guests at a time. Next to it, where you may BBQ to your heart's content, all year round, amidst the nature! The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Lagustina pots & pans, and all the large and small appliances you would expect. We provide most staples: spices, sugar, flour, Soya, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard, along with all paper products, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. We also provide all linens and towels for up to 8 guests (5 beds).
The Chalet is rented on short terms only: - minimum 2 days in winter, and on weekly basis in the summer months. It is professionally cleaned between every rental. NOTES:

Check-in or out may be extended (if possible i.e. in the absence of a prior or subsequent rental). Deposit Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a reservation. Check, bank transfers, Paypal are accepted. (Credit cards are ok but the administration fees must be charged back) The final payment is payable 30 days before arrival. Cancellation Policy: The deposit and final rental payments are not refundable once paid. However, if the chalet is rented to another party, for at least the same price, we will reimburse the payments made minus $150.00. We are not responsible for loss of services, appliances, utilities (electricity, telephone, water, tv reception) or enjoyment of the property for reasons beyond our control. Security Deposit Policy: A security deposit of $350 is required on a Visa authorisation 30 days before arrival. The authorisation is only used if necessary (damages, missing items, long-distance calls, pay-tv) and will otherwise become void within 45 after departure. Housekeeping: Cleaning service is supplied before and after your stay; there is no daily cleaning service. Bed linens and towels are supplied. Additional housekeeping service can be provided at an additional cost. Daily tidying of the kitchen is the responsibility of the guest. After check out, housekeeping will do the laundry and final cleaning. Guests may launder their linen in the washer/dryer. Detergent is to be supplied by the guest.
