French doors provide views of the valley and mountains, and access to the covered outside dining area set in the garden. This apartment is rented with the villa during the summer months of July and August, but is available to be rented separately from the main villa during the other months of the year. It has a separate listing as perfectplaces property #8042. The mature landscaped garden is approximately 2000 m2 on four levels, with more than 2000 more m2 of forest belonging to the villa. A park of 2000 hectares is just outside the garden and offers wonderful opportunities for children to play, as well as many beautiful walks for all members of the family. There is parking for 2 cars within the garden and further parking just outside the gate. The domain is secure and safe, however, the villa has a security system to protect valuables. The pool has an alarm to safeguard young children. Rental of the villa for 2 weeks is preferred, but week-long rentals will be considered. The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday, check in time is 5 pm and check out time is 10 am. The security deposit is $2000/1500 euros/1000 GBP and is due at booking. It serves as a reservation, cleaning and damage deposit. It will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled. It is refundable, once cleaning costs are deducted, and assuming no damages, by mid-September. The full rental is due by May 1st, or at the time of booking if the booking occurs after May 1st. Deposits of the security and rental payments can be made into US, UK or French bank accounts, depending on the currency of the guests' country. The garden apartment can be rented either on a nightly or weekly basis from September through May inclusive and may be available in June, depending on the villa rentals. In the summer months, it is rented as part of the villa. When the apartment is being rented independently from the villa, guests have exclusive use of the pool from 9 am to 1 pm and shared use with the owners at other times.
