Relax and enjoy vacationing on the Isle of Palms in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. This home has a private Pool and is located within a 3-4 minute walk to one of the Southern States most beautiful and clean beaches. This pool can be heated when renter agrees to purchase propane of tanks. It is also close to the Marina on 41st Ave. where boating, kayaking, jetsking, parasailing & fishing license can all be obtained. Don't forget shrimping starts in October and the Redfish and sea trout run in the local creeks during this time. Each of the 3 bedrooms contain King size beds for added comfort, while the den has a qeen sleeper sofa, and the sunroom has a bunk bed and sleeper sofa as well as a baby crib. It sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The kitchen has recently been remodeled in all white, while the rest of the home reflects a more floral decor. There is a 2 car garage as well as a private pool. If you love to play golf you are minutes from Wild Dunes Golf & Resort. If you have kids or just like to work out you can visit the Rec. Dept. located 5 blocks away on 24th Ave. If you are into the Civil War and history you will love Charleston!Charleston also offers tons of family events/festivals/art & wildlife expos, throughout the entire year. Charleston Visitor's Website also has a calender of events. (During the Off-Peak season Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan we often offer special rates, call to inquire.) Also use golf cart with Release of Liability form signed, to make quick trips to the beach.

All Linens are provided with fresh towels & beds are already made and ready for your use. They are included with a one week stay, but there is a linen charge for short stays. Note: many beach units do not supply linens or if they do supply them they are in the closet and you must first make the beds. Vacationers should plan to bring their own BEACH Towels.
