Sleeping Arrangements- (1) Master bedroom is plush-carpeted, sleeps 2+ with a queen bed and room for inflatable mattress, and contained folding baby crib, (2) Bedroom 2 is plush carpeted, sleeps 2 with a queen bed, (3) Bedroom 3 is plush carpeted, sleeps 2 with 2-twin beds, (4), Living room sleeps 2+ with queen sized sofa-bed and plenty of room for inflatable mattress (all bedding is included)
Also provided are a spare queen sized fold-up sofa-bed mattress, kid's folding cot w/mattress, and a queen inflatable mattress/elec pump.
Kitchen/Dining- This is a fully equipped kitchen with: Mikasa dinnerware, Onieda glassware, flatware, lead-crystal wine glasses (& corkscrew), all utensils, toaster, microwave, blender, platters, pots, pans, trays, coffee maker (& filters), paper products, plastic storage products, Dishwasher (& detergent), Fridge/Freezer, Gas stove/oven, Oakwood dining table & chairs (seats 6), kitchen counter bar & stools (seats 3). Kitchen and dining area have beautiful rustic wooden floors.
Living room- This space contains a sofa-bed, matching love seat, 27in TV, cd/radio stereo, 200 dish-network channels with dvr recording capabilities, DVD player/vcr, wood burning stove (& Duraflame-type logs), Rustic skylight, and has beautiful, rustic wood floors.
Bathrooms- Main bathroom has rustic wood floors,tub/shower enclosure, and fine martex bath towels.. Master bathroom has rustic wood floors, glass enclosed shower, blow dryer, and fine, martex bath towels. Lever body bar soap provided for guests.
Other Amenities- Garage, Washer & Dryer (& detergent), Yard swing, Patio set, BBQ (& propane/Utensils), some kids toys, family games/cards, iron/ironing board, candles, lighters, some dvd & VHS movies/shows ( for children and all family), High speed internet Ethernet cable connectivity, phone/answering machine.
