The house is available from March 1 to rent. This house has 4
bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 big family (the size of the bigest one is 22x30), Panoramic view in the back of conservation area,
parking for 5 cars, big gazebo for your family reunions, exterior jacuzzi (10x10), exterior BBQ,new kitchen with granite countertops and illumination system, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy, in a nice gated community with security around it. The house come with laundry (dryer,washer), nice stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, 2 entertainment centers, linens, towels, kitchen things,etc..The daily rental is $325.00 per night in a minimum of 3 night stay, and $300.00per night for more than 3 nights or best offer.
The house have 3 beds, and 1 sofa-bed, but if a group comes in I have other 15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 20 persons. The house have two tv's, cable TV with One Link, and it have Hi-speed internet. I accept cashier checks, money orders, managers checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, travel checks etc. The place is near everithing, malls (5 min), fast foods, beaches(10 min), casinos, hotels, airport (main at 8 minutes, also the beaches).
The community name is Parque Montebello on third light of 181 expresway. Im 36 years old married with 4 kids, the reason of renting this exclusive house is that I relocate to Orlando, FL
