This is a lovely, bright condo with great furnishings and decor. Lots of upgrades have been made including new carpeting and paint. It is 3 levels including a loft. The bedroom and full bath are on the first floor, the kitchen and living room are located on the second with the loft above that. A fully equipped kitchen, TV, VCR and DVD, wood fireplace, and a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping make this a great vacation place. The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer only.
A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Please no smoking and no pets.
