Gazebo Glen - Cottage Rental Listing Details

The natural cedar siding of the cabin blends harmoniously with the mature trees surrounding the front garden. While to the rear of the house a trail leads through 2 acres of unspoilt forest, over a bridge and a stream, to a screened gazebo that is adjacent to another large babbling brook.

The gazebo, while being an idyllic hideaway, is practically equipped with electricity, a table and chairs and a coffee maker. The cleared glen area holds not only glades of ferns but a natural fire pit also, for toasting marshmallows or smores.

Entering from the front sitting porch a light and airy interior greet you. The cozy main sitting room, with it's soft pale colors, offers a satellite TV, VCR, and a cassette/radio stereo for entertainment. The open plan design takes you into the dining and kitchen areas, which, in turn, lead through to the back BBQ deck.

The newly appointed kitchen has natural wood cabinets, gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, radio. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen and dining areas. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided.

The rear deck also has a picnic table and chairs, BBQ and a private view over the wooded area of the property.

The home also comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a double bed with a master bath en-suite. A big double oval step-in tub, a separate shower stall and double vanity provide ample space. There is also a laundry closet with a washer/dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen bed; the third bedroom a single bed, plus a single Murphy bed. All bedrooms have ample closet space. A second bathroom, with a shower, services these 2 bedrooms. All linens, quilts, comforters, towels and paper products are provided. The home has central heat and A/C, and ceiling fans in all the rooms.

Summer Season- From April 15 to Sept. 14 (except holidays):
$295/ weekend; $550/ week; $285/ 3 Nights (mid-week special), $100/ extra mid-week nights

Peak Season - From Sept. 15 to Nov. 14 (and all holidays):
$325/ weekend; $595/ week; $295/ 3 Nights (mid-week special), $100/ extra mid-week nights

* Weekends are Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
* Weeks are Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.
* These rates are for 4 people. Extra persons are $15 per person per night, or $75 per week. Children under 5 years are free.

PET FEES:
Pets are welcome. $25 per animal per weekend, $50 per week.

No smoking in the interior of the home; on the covered front and back porches, or in the gazebo is fine.

50% of the total rental secures the reservation, a $100 security deposit is refundable on departure.
