This balance is beautifully achieved in apartments furnished with antiques and decorated with frescoes depicting the paintings of the most celebrated Umbrian painters of all time, in accordance with Umbrian tradition. The owners live in an adjacent wing of the villa, a guarantee of a warm, friendly Italian welcome. Their hospitality will ensure: help with all your needs, suggestions for sight-seeing and cultural tours of the most interesting Umbrian towns, (as well as Rome and Florence, a mere one-and-a-half hours drive from Perugia.) The owners will also be delighted to provide any information required for guided tours with the best tour guides in Umbria.
The apartments will be provided with the number of beds required by our guests (two-three beds, or four-six beds), and also include: satellite colour TV, jacuzzi and/or albatross whirlpool bath, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, safe, small library,fans,mosquitoes-net and a living room with fireplace - all in an environment surrounded by greenery, a garden with reserved parking spaces, barbecue, kennel and table-tennis table.
The owners also guarantee that the kitchens will be supplied with everything needed for a hearty breakfast.
