Built in 1871, A beautiful Colonial style house in the forest is preserved for your getaway purposes. The Bungalow is located at Matheran's One Tree Hill point. Its a perfect place to get out of the hustle and bustle of our daily lives and get into a more serene pollution free eco-friendly environment.There are Four bedrooms, Four bathrooms, a large dining room, kitchen and a yoga hut at your disposal. The house is set on a 5 acre land
which has horse stables, two temples,
a yoga hut and a garden. There is plenty of space outside to
just relax, read or meditate, either
take a sun-bathing chair outside or
enjoy the wilderness from the hut.

its Asia's only predestrian hill station.
It is also the smallest Hill station in
India. Located almost equidistant
between Bombay and Pune, it is a
popular weekend getaway spot. Since
its declared an eco-sensitive region,
the government has avoided Tar
roads and made them with red laterite.
Besides walking you can get around
Matheran on a horseback or by hand
pulled rikshaws. Season
Peak Season in Matheran is
from Oct-June. The Sahyadris attract
the monsoon clouds and sees heavy rainfall
every year. Due to profuse Monsoons, It is
low season for most business establishments
in Matheran but it is also the season for adventurers
to explore the breathtaking waterfalls, mist covered valleys,
dew dripped greenery and floating clouds. The weather varies
from 12 C to 36 C year round.

A 100% advance payment is required for confirming a booking. 50% fees apply within one week of cancellation. At peak season, no refund is made if cancellation occurs within 30 days.
Kindly carry your Ipod, Speakers, CD PLayer, Laptop or any other portable form of system for playing your own music.
We have care-takers at the bungalow to make food runs from the market, also you can order-in food from some menus at the bungalow. The care-takers can cook simple house meals if you prefer.They can also make a grocery run for you at the market.For Kids recreations, we have a carrom board and a chess board set-up...We also have a field if you want them to play soccer or cricket(get your own gear)
