Beautiful Nof Yam Garden Apartment, Short Walk to Beach - Apartment Rental Listing Details

Unique and lovely ground floor, garden apartment for rent to responsible, civic, laid-back, polite, friendly and pleasant individuals or families for periods of one week or mulity-weeks/months. This is a direct rent from a thoroughly well-traveled, cosmoplitan and expirienced private owners; as such, this is a non-commercial/non-broker offer of a single aptarment. We, its owners, are not in the business of commercial vacations and have no other/additional properties to offer you (or anyone else for that matter).

This is a high standard 4 room apartment (two bedrooms, study/guestroom, living room, 1 1/2 bathrooms); it is perfect for a single/professional, couple or family with up to 4 children.

One bedroom contains completely new queen-sized bed. The second bedroom contains (a) completely new, 2-meter-long full sized wooden bunk-bed for two children and (b) a single full sized child bed (which is also 2 meter long); both of these beds have an additional trundle bed underneath (bringing the total number of children's beds available to five in case you occasionally host friends with children overnight).

The study/guestroom has a very comfortable pullout queen-sized sofa/bed (but being primarily a study-room, it is not as completely private as the two bedrooms).

The apartment has a private entrance and private front and back deck/patio and grass/gardens. It is located on the ground-floor of a 2 story building; has a fully equipped American-style kitchen; and sliding glass doors onto the deck and gardens in both front and back. Smoking is prohibited inside the aptartment (but allowed outside). The aptartment has heating/air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer (etc., consult longer list below). Linens and towels are provided by the owners.

(We, the owners, are Israelis living and working abroad most of the year. We stay ourselves in this well-maintained/cared-for apartment whenever we visit back home. That is why our private place is (i) more stylish and spacious, (ii) better equipped, (iii) furnished much nicer and (iv) considerably cheaper (price-wise) than any comparable hotel in Israel (let alone in the prime location of Herzliya-Pituach/Nof-Yam). While furnished and lighted "smartly" and both pleasant and romantic for a couple -- our place is in addition child-friendly both internally and as far as activities in the area are concerned; we ourselves have 2 young children).

A desktop computer with a 17 inch screen and fast internet connection is available to use by guests, as well as wireless connection to be picked-up automatically by renters’ personal laptops. There is a TV with attached DVD player for watching movies (but no cable) as well as many fiction and non-fiction books in Hebrew and English to fill your vacation with a relaxing quality joy. Some beach equipment is also available.

"Location, Location, Location": the apartment is located on a small, secluded, quiet street with a very large wooded grove, children's playground and public basketball court, at one end, and 3 dirt roads leading straight to the sea/beach, at the other end. The apartment is 2 min walk to a laid-back village center, supermarkets, second wooded grove/children's playground, historic clifftop Roman ruins at Appolonia State-Park and additional beaches (both developed and wild). A 24/7 store is located 10-15 min WALK away.

Nof Yam is a quiet, beachfront neighborhood that is the continuation of the upscale Herzliya Pituach (to the north). It is close to downtown Herzliya and 15 minute drive from Tel Aviv. Nof Yam is probably the greatest place in Israel to either live-in or spend a relaxing vacation. You have the best of both worlds: stay in a peaceful, village-like beachfront location yet with very quick and easy access to all the urban attractions of both Tel Aviv and Herzliya.

Nof Yam is likewise a superb starting point for trips along the Mediterranean coast or to other parts of Israel. There are busses, taxis (including "sherut" or shared taxis) and trains nearby. Access to high-ways to the north, Jerusalem and the south is easy and much quicker than that from the trafically-insane Tel Aviv.

The stretch of beach from Nof Yam southwards to the Herzliya Pituach marina (and its adjunct ARENA mall) is a 3.5 kilometer long stretch of sandy beaches with lifeguard stations, playgrounds, highly rated restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and bars scattered along the beach front (as well as areas of wild, undeveloped beachfront, especially when one walks northwards from the Nof Yam beach, see the link provided in the additional NOTES and EXTERNAL LINK below!!!).

In order to properly cater the rainbow needs of both Israelis and the large diplomatic, expatriate and multi-lingual/cultural communities around - the renovated industrial area of Herzliya Pituach, just inland from the marina/mall, offers a large selection of restaurants, bars, three movie theatres (two of which are multiplex) and has a thriving nightlife.

PRICE – between 3000 and 4000 SHEKELS per week.

The price is fully inclusive of ALL utilities (including electricity) as well as comprehensive weekly cleaning service (the latter for guests staying TWO weeks or more). Price does not include outgoing phone calls. The exact weekly rate (i.e. our concrete quote/offer to you) will depend upon the combination of such "variables" as your length of stay, season, high holidays, etc. Longer term (i.e. multi-month) rentals are possible; please inquire for more details.
