It is located right in front of the marina, so just by crossing the road you find yourself strolling on the marina, enjoying its art shops and restaurants.

The condo has total living space of approximately 2.000 sqft, plus a very large terrace of 400 sqft overlooking the pools and the ocean. It is fully furnished and equipped, with marble and granite everywhere, and can sleep comfortably 6 people. It is fully air conditioned, with local temperature control in each room. The elevator takes you directly from the underground parking to the condo (no hallway).

ABOUT THE OWNERS, THE CONDO AND PUERTO VALLARTA...

Angelica & Eric are the owners of this condominium and are promoting it for rent without intermediary. We are a Mexican-French couple living in Barcelona, Spain. We bought a condo in 2007 because we fell in love with the Marina area! We share the idea that, to promote a place for rent, you must yourself love it and be enthusiastic about it, and this is the case! We go ourselves to Puerto Vallarta several times a year for short stays in our condo, and we warmly recommend you the place.

Since the family has grown, now we just bought this amaizing, bigger & brand new condo in Shangri-la.

We love the small-town atmosphere of Puerto Vallarta, while enjoying all the services of a bigger city. The resort Bay View Grand, where our condo is located, appealed to us for its first-class amenities, quietness, space, gorgeous views and pools, and much more…

One of the biggest attraction of Puerto Vallarta in our opinion is its climate. Two main seasons can be distinguished : the rainy season extends from June to October and the dry season from November to May. During the rainy season, the climate is wet and hot, with temperatures in the nineties. There is plenty of sun too, but expect almost everyday a late afternoon or night shower; you can also have spells of overcast weather for a few days. Puerto Vallarta is relatively free from hurricanes and tropical storms though. During the dry season, you can expect completely sunny days all the time, with temperatures in the eighties. This is our favourite period of the year, and our recommendation to you if you are planning a stay in Puerto Vallarta : air conditioning is not mandatory, but you can get a tan, swim in warm water while not sweating all day long!

Here is a list of activities that WE love to do while staying at our condo; there are plenty of other things to do, depending on your personal tastes, but these are our favourites:

* Read a good book on the terrace or in a lounge at the pool
* Take a midnight swim in the pool, while enjoying the lights of Banderas Bay
* Get asleep at night with the noise of the waves on the beach.
* Drink delicious margaritas ordered from the snack-bar at the pool
* Walk from the condo to the Marina, and stroll along its restaurants and art shops in a family atmosphere
* Take a cab and go downtown : stroll on the “Malecón”, go dancing
at “Carlos & Charlies” or enjoy excellent and cheap italian food
at “Pietro”.
* Take a morning jog in residential Marina area (we are joggers)

Reservation :
50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation, balance required at the latest 30 days before arrival; except high season, X-mas, New Year’s Eve and Easter Weeks when full payment is required 45 days before arrival.

Prices include all taxes and charges, up to 150USD/week or 300USD/month of utilities. Additional consumption must be paid separate(0,296USD/kWh).

One weekly maid service included. Additional maid services available for 35 USD

Security Deposit (check not cashed):
600 USD for rentals of 1 week
1,000 USD for rentals of 2 or more weeks.
Security Deposit check is requested in the form of check, not to be
cashed & Returned back 40 days after the end of the stay, provided
the condominium is in good condition.
