Located a short distance from the brand new BTS Skytrain extension from which you can easily travel about the city above the traffic, the condo is 56 sq m in size and is on the 13th floor. There is a Contemporary Thai Living Room with Balcony and a View of the City, Dining Room, Kitchen (with Refrigerator, Cooktop, Microwave, Crockery, Cutlery and Glasses), Master Bedroom with Luxury Bedding and a View of the City, Air Conditioning and Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower. Includes TV, DVD player, Stereo with CD Player, High Speed Internet and Safe. Also includes live in Housekeeper.The public facilities include a swimming pool, complimentary fully equipped fitness center including sauna and steam, café, laundry and 24 hour mini-market. It is a short walk to The Mall at ThaPra which includes many restaurants and specialty stores as well as a Grocery Store and Department Store. PLEASE NOTE: The BTS Skytrain Station is not yet open so taxi is required. We can assist with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The condo does operate a shuttle to the river pier for 10 Baht (30 cents U.S.) per person which connects you to the Skytrain and Subway systems.
