Ideally situated at the junction of highway 192 and state road 27 around six miles, 10 minutes drive, from the entrance to Walt Disney World, where could be more convienient? Close to Interstate 4 and the Greeneway toll road (Highway 417), these routes provide excellent access to the airports and all that Orlando has to offer. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and high quality golf courses close by with the Space coast and Gulf coast beaches within easy driving distance. Our beautiful villa sleeps up to 8 plus an infant, it is fully air conditioned or can be heated if required. It is also equipped with smoke alarms and a fully monitored security alarm system for your safety and peace of mind. Maintained to the highest possible standards by our friendly local management company Celebrations Villa is the perfect home from home. Comprising of a light and airy family room, large open plan dining kitchen, four bedrooms all en-suite, two masters with en suite shower rooms, two twins which share an en-suite third bathroom, large screened furnished deck area with pool and spa (that may be heated when required at an extra cost) plus a games room with a pool table, air hockey table and electronics darts, Celebrations Villa really does provide the perfect location for your dream vacation. The Family Room The stylish family room is tastefully decorated with a ceramic tiled floor and high quality luxury furnishings including two comfortable sofas and an armchair with foot stool. Come home from a busy day out, put your feet up and relax in style. Watch TV or a DVD, listen to a CD or the radio, read a book, play a game, the choice is yours but however you choose to relax this is the ideal place to spend your quiet time. If you prefer to sit outdoors there is a large patio door in the family room which leads out to the pool deck. This door is alarmed to warn you if your little ones decide to explore alone. Dining Room/ Kitchen Our spacious fully fitted dining room / kitchen has a large dining table which can be extended to seat up to 8. This means you can all sit and eat together if you wish, this is great on special occasions such as Christmas, Thanksgiving or for a family celebration. If you prefer a quick snack on your own you can always use one of the bar stools at the breakfast bar. In the kitchen we offer every modern convenience, including full size cooker/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, toaster, coffee maker, blender, stove top kettle, electric kettle a full range of table and glassware and double sinks with garbage disposal unit.If you want to cook a full meal or rustle up a quick bite you will find everything you need from measuring spoons to roasting tins. The laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. You can pack the bare minimum and there is no need to take home any dirty laundry! There are 3 telephones which can be used for free local, long distance or international calls. One of the phones is cordless, so you can relax by the pool, drink in hand and call family and friends you left at home to tell them what a great time you are having at Celebrations Villa in sunny Florida. Bedrooms All the bedrooms are furnished to the highest of standards and include remote control TV. Three bedrooms have satellite and the fourth has a playstation 2 that can double as a DVD player, the master suites also have DVD players. There are two master bedrooms one with a US King size bed the second with a US Queen size, both provide an oasis of calm where you can retreat at the end of a fun filled day for a little quiet time away from the kids. The master suites both have attached shower rooms. Both master bedrooms lead out to the gorgeous pool and spa area, one via a large patio door the second via a shower room which doubles as a pool bathroom. Both twin rooms are a good size and have a T.V to keep the kids occupied when they tire of the pool and the delights of the theme parks. One also contains a dual control Playstation 2 console which can double as a DVD player and a selection of Playstation games. These two rooms are joined by the 3rd "Jack and Jill" bathroom. Here you will find a hand basin, cupboards with lots of towels, a hairdryer and a separate room with a toilet, bath and over bath shower. This bathroom is great for when you have several people all trying to get ready to hit the theme parks early in the morning. The beds in all the rooms are extemely comfortable, this has been commented on by some of our previous guests. This allows you to get a good nights sleep in order to recharge your batteries before your next day's adventures.
Pool/Spa Area
The pool and spa area is our favourite part of our home. There is a beautiful paved pool deck with top quality luxury furnishings consisting of a dining table, 4 reclining chairs, a small occasional table, 2 footstools and 4 loungers. Not to mention the gorgeous 28'x14' pool and the 6 person spa. There is a covered porch or lanai as it's known in Florida, which offers shade from the heat of the day should you want it, this is the ideal setting for “al fresco” dining. The pool screen means that you are not bothered by insects while you eat or sunbathe but you can still get a great tan. The spa is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the evening especially when the kids are in bed. The pool and spa overlook a pleasant landscaped area with a magnificent palm tree for that truly tropical feel. We have planted some lovely flowering shrubs and plants around the pool screen to provide some privacy and also wonderful scent especially during the summer evenings. There is a pool blanket for use in the cooler months to keep the pool at a comfortable temperature for those early morning or late evening swims. An ever changing selection of pool toys can be found in the garage which we use as a game room. In the game room you will find an air hockey table and pool table which have proved very popular with guests of all ages. (Pool/spa heating is recommended from October to April at an additional cost)
“Celebrations Villa” has all the ingredients for a vacation of a life time.
