The cottage is completely self-contained (BBQ, DVD, etc) so just bring food. Private setting, great community with antique shops, and a 30 minute drive from Lunenburg (world UNESCO heritage site) and Mahone Bay. Swimming, white sand beaches, outdoor fires at night on the deck and a place where kids can wander and explore. Four can sleep easily and there is a roll out bed for a extra person if needed.
