Our property offers 5, 2-bedroom vacation residences, each with unbelievable ocean views and all with access to a private beach! Located in Pt. Loma, near Ocean Beach, you are close to all San Diego has to offer: 10 seconds from the beach, 30 seconds from Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, 4 minutes to the heart of Ocean Beach, 6 minutes to the charming village of old Pt. Loma, with its shops, restaurants and the San Diego Yacht Club, 10 minutes to Sea World, Old Town, the Gas Lamp District, the airport, shopping at Fashion Valley, 15 minutes to the World Famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park and about 30 minutes to Legoland and the Wild Animal Park. We've included just about all the amenities of home!

January, February: $275/nt., $1925/week, $5600-$6200/month ($200/nt.)

March - May: $325/nt., $2275/week

June-August: $525/nt., $3675/week

September - November: $325/nt., $2275/week

We also offer a two-bedroom, one and a half bath 'premium suite' on the second floor which features EXCEPTIONAL views of Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, a beautiful PANORAMIC VIEW of the Pacific Ocean, a private, gated balcony and an additional 1/2 bath. Additional details available upon request.

Premium suite add $30/nt., $200/week.

Fifty percent (50%) of the rental payment is required to confirm your reservation. The final 50%, plus security deposit, cleaning fee and 10.5% San Diego Occupancy Tax, is due 30 days prior to rental period. Reservations made within 30 days of the rental period require payment in full. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to rental period receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will be refunded the security deposit and, if property is rebooked, the rest of your payment. (But we prefer you stay with us and tell your friends!)

Please note: Private beach availability is subject to high & low tides. Low tide provides for an excellent beach playground. High tide covers the beach... but not the view!

Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount.
