THE RESORT

The brand new Regal Palms Resort is the perfect choice for families wanting to relax
in a resort atmosphere.

The resort is walled and gated community with around the clock security and check-in facilities. All guests at Regal Palms will have access to the new private club and leisure facilities. The 17,000 sq ft clubhouse features a full restaurant, Sports bar with Large plasma TV, Tiki bar. Convention and business centre with Internet facilities and games room. A further building houses a gymnasium, spa, health and beauty complex. The Resort features an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools and a lazy river, Jacuzzi, waterfalls and waterslide, a central island and extensive sun decks.
A Publix supermarket and further restaurants are few yards from the resort.
Adjacent to the resort is the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens.

TOWNHOME

Our 3 BR / 2 ½ bath Townhome has all the comforts of home while being located near all of the many attractions Florida has to offer. This Townhome provides 1,700 sq. ft of living space and can accommodate up to eight guests

This spacious two-story 3 bedroom Townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Unit offers living/dining area and spacious bedrooms with private baths (roman tub in master). There is also a patio area.

Bookings of five nights or less will incur a $75 cleaning fee. US$10 per night resort fee is payable at check-in for use of excellent resort facilities.

The resort is like an hotel. It is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year. Key cards are to be obtained from the Reception desk at the Clubhouse on arrival. You will also need the key cards to access the resort facilities i.e. clubhouse, etc. Cordial staff of Superior Management Group, the Management Company, will be available to assist with all your needs.

The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure

A $250 damage deposit will be taken in the form of a valid credit card imprint at time of arrival. This will be no charge made to the credit card unless there are damages to the property. Please report any damages to the Property management group.
