- Minimum rental is for 2 rooms, and maximum is 4 rooms - Minimum stay is one week. Please contact us for further details on rentals depending on how many you are.
- 20% deposit to garantee reservation and 80% payment prior arrival by bank transfer or upon arrival in cash. €200 security deposit upon arrival returnable upon leaving.
- Price includes 1.5h cleaning daily except sundays and public holidays Changeover days are only necessary and set (on saturdays) for the months of July and August.
- The villa was bulit some 20 years ago for visiting friends of the family, usually during the summer. For about 4 years we have been renting the house all year round. Paying guests have all loved their stay, mentioning how it far exceeded their expectations!
- Access to our lovely big 20 x 7 m family pool is conditioned and must be agreed upon prior arrangement.
