The groundfloor consists of living/dining (open-plan 47m2)),Kitchen, separate toilet, 2 Bedrooms with Ensuite and large outdoor showers, Maid's Quarter; the Master Bedroom with Ensuite (48m2)is on the first floor and has access to a large, partly covered terrace (50m2).
Villa Bua is located in a quiet residential area close to the prestigious Laguna Resort with it's 5 star hotels and the large, unspoiled Bang Tao and Layan beach (5 inutes drive). Adjacent to the Laguna Resort many shops can be found as well as a large number of restaurants offering a variety of excellent Thai and international dishes.
Golfers can enjoy the 18 hole Laguna Golf Club and/or the famous championship course of the Blue Canyon Country Club (36 holes, approx. 16 km/20 minutes).
