This Condo is fully air conditioned with fully-equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 color TVs with cable, and a dvd/vcr. Large Private balcony overlooks the lovely ocean. It has a seaview, but not a view of the sandy beach. Large living room and dining room, 1 large bedroom, and one full bath. Chairs and tables on balcony to enjoy the scenic ocean view, or enjoy an outdoor meal.

Bedroom: -2 Queen beds, and cable tv & Full bath. Full kitchen, with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc., 1 full sized futon/couch in the livingroom, table and chairs in dining area, and bar stools. Sleeps 5 adults, or 6 with kids.

We have a great deal for up to six people! Compare our very low prices to those that sleep 5-6 (6 with kids) in Villas Marlin, and elsewhere! It is a larger 1 bedroom, 900 square feet! There's a bar for snacks and drinks in front one of the pools. Condo Management office is on property. Small convenience store is on property. Phone in condo (need to put down a deposit with the office), cable tv, and free cable internet in the condo. There is a convenience store in the complex, as well as tour offices. There is another convenience store across the street. The futon couch can sleep 2 children.

It's the perfect vacation spot- there's so much to do! Trips can be taken to Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum, Akumal, and Chich'en itz'a. The office at Villas Marlin can book these tours for you. Buses will take you just about anywhere in the city for about 65 cents. Buses come by every several minutes on Kukulcan Blvd. - right in front of one of the largest and newer malls in Cancun, in front of Villas Marlin. It's called Kulkulcan Plaza. Plaza de Isla Mall is not far away, also.

Many good resturants in the area are Italian, Mexican, American, etc. Cancun resturant's are famous and is why it is rated one of the world best resorts. Villas Marlin has a cold sandwich restaurant where you can buy them to take to the condo or pool to eat. There is also fast food available.

Diving, snorkeling, sailing, water skiing, deep sea fishing, scuba, jet-ski rental, and parasailing all available. Rent your condo here on Cancun's nicest beach in the heart of the Cancun hotel zone. Villas Marlin - condo-hotel located at kilometer marker 13 of the Hotel Zone directly on the beach in Cancun. To the left is one of the pool areas for your enjoyment. Villas Marlin is located directly in back of Kulkulcan Plaza (the main shopping, entertainment, and restaurant center in the Hotel Zone). At the plaza right in front of the condo, you can find: Several air conditioned cinemas playing American films, Bowling, all the fast food places from back home, Fine dining, Fine arts and crafts, Laser games, Fine shopping for gifts and clothing. Designer names at reduced rates. And, a casino in the mall across the street!

The condo is a 20-minute drive North to downtown and a 15-minute drive South to the airport. We have a poolside grill, and Pool Bar with swim-up barstools in the pool. There is one main pool and two smaller kid's pools in separate locations on the property.

The unit has lovely marble floors, central air, and an ocean view terrace with patio chairs and a table to have a scenic outdoor meal.

They are located in the private condominium complex "Villas Marlin" which has recently been completely renovated since hurricane Wilma including three new swimming pool areas, a wide sandy beach, a surf for swimming or boogie boarding, and a restaurant nearby that will deliver to the room. There is also a snack bar by the pool. Buses run in front of the condo constantly, and are only 65 cents. They take you up and down the main street (Kulkulcan), and can also take you downtown or to Walmart (probably the best place to buy groceries). No need for a car! Taxis are also just in front of the condo, and easily availble, but are a bit more expensive!
