The Turtles is situated in the quite environmente of the Sabina hills, in a very tranquil position in the countryside, yet 1.5 km far from a nice town where you can find everything you need. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool, brq, wood oven, table tennis, table football and by olive groves and fruit trees. Being on hilltop, it enjoys a wonderful 360° stunning view (in no-haze days it is possible to see St.Peter's Dome's shape. The villa is only 40 Km far from Rome, connected to the capital by a metropolitan train. There is a bus service that passes the villa and connects with the shuttle bus service from the town to the railway station (7Km)from which it is possible to reach Rome in less than one houe and Leonardo da Vinci Airport in less than one hour and a half. So by coming here you can easily reach Rome and visit it, yet avoiding the chaos of the big city returning to our quit retreat to relax while enjoing Rome's lights and the stunnin 360 degrees view from our terrace while enjoying a glass of wine or beer. The villa is on two floors: on the first floor there is a hall, a livingroom with real fire, a large kitchinette, a dining-room, three bedrooms (one with double bed, two with three single beds)a large bathroom with a shower and a long balcony. On the second floor there is a large living-room/kitchen with real fire, two bedrooms, (one double-bed, one with two single beds), a large bathroom with a shower and a large terrace with a stunning view.
