The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular views.

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic views. The oversized master bath has separated his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The lanai overlooking the Intracoastal waterway is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.

Our condo is located just a short walk to the Tidelands beach clubhouses which includes a heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, an adult game room, and a fitness center. The Tideland Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment and includes a spectacular swimming pool, chairs and umbrellas. The livelier Family Pool area (will open October 2007) includes a gradual slope entrance for kids a "water play, splash zone", and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. There is also tennis courts (in 2008).

Our luxury condo is nestled along a mile of Intracoastal Waterway shoreline! 80 lush acres provide magnificent views of calm waters ideal for kayaking, canoeing, or cruising.
