This very spacious and private pool villa is built on 1600sqm of land with a large 14m lap pool, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. It looks and feels like a small luxury resort.
The contemporary architecture gives it a very open and bright style and features about 500sqm living area. The furniture is modern and held in light colors. A spacious living and dining room opens to the pool terrace and to the landscaped garden and sits 8 persons at a long marble table.
The gorgeous pool area includes 6 Loungers with cushions and another marble table at the poolside which sits 6 persons. Beautiful Thai umbrellas give you enough shade when relaxing at the pool. Barbecue lovers find a new Weber barbecue with a coal lighting chimney and a large open barbecue station with a large counter. A wine fridge is also available filled with quality white and red wines.
In the living room, a very large designer sofa also makes relaxing inside the house a pleasure. If you like to watch a movie or TV, you can do this with the 42“ full HD flatscreen TV, DVD Player and satellite TV with over 50 channels including HBO, Hallmark, Star Movies, BBC, CNN and other popular english channels. A powerful surround sound system covers the living and dining room and also features outdoor speakers covering the pool area. An iPod connection cable is available which allows you to listen to your favourite tunes as you relax around the pool.
The fully equipped western kitchen has marble counters and a small island adding counter space and a breakfast corner with a small marble table.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is an additional guest bathroom. One bedroom is facing the pool, another bedroom faces the garden side and the third bedroom is on the 1st floor, offering a beautiful view over the pool, tropical gardens and palm trees. In each bedroom, there is ample space for clothes and all your belongings. 2 bedrooms have an individual fridge.
Wifi High Speed Internet connection is available throughout the villa.
The street where the villa is located is quiet, peaceful and secure. The covered carport of the villa fits up to 3 cars. Cars can be rented at the airport or 5 minutes from the villa. Taxi services are also easily available. We can help you with renting a car.
The villa is within easy reach of beautiful beaches in the south of Phuket, namely Nai Harn beach, Kata Beach and Karon beach. There are lots of very good seafood restaurants nearby along the seashore at Rawai Beach. Rawai is an area which is not as touristic as other areas of Phuket. It is more relaxed and allows you to enjoy the tropics in a peaceful and private environment. Just 5 minutes away from the villa, many services like bakeries, small Thai and
Western restaurants, supermarkets, ATM, and shopping are easily available. The close by fish market gives you the opportunity to buy fresh fish and prawns from the fishermen for the barbecue. Nearby Nai Harn beach is great for water sports and swimming. For children, various attractions like elephant riding or banana boat are also within easy reach.

The villa is perfect for families who want to stay in a very private setting. It offers complete privacy within the walled and gated tropical gardens. When you make a reservation, no other party will be renting at the same time, you will have complete privacy in your own very large luxurious pool villa.
We will pick you up from Phuket International Airport on your arrival and return you to the airport at the end of your stay.
Prices include airport transfers, maid, pool cleaning, gardening, electricity, gas, water, local telephone calls, wifi high speed internet and satellite TV.
There is a returnable security deposit of USD 700.
