The unit pictured is on the Third floor. I have many other units available throughout the building on the 1,2,3,,4,5, 7,9,12,15 and 17th floors. The layout of all of them is exactly the same the decorations and furnishings are all done professionally and are just a little different from unit to unit.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled within 21 days prior to scheduled check in date the deposit is forfeited. If canceled within 14 days deposit and 50% of the rent & tax is forfeited if property is not re-booked by another guest. We cannot be responsible for weather related conditions and will not refund deposits or payments if the Panama City Beach area is open for business.

All Appropriate State and Local taxes apply to the rent and cleaning fees (Use 10.6% to estimate)

We are a Panama City Beach Pet Friendly Vacation Rental. To insure that all of our guests are satisfied, we charge a $75 Pet Fee for extra allergen cleaning and disinfectant of our condos after your pet goes on vacation with you. A credit card authorization is required for excess pet cleaning or damages. Card will not be charged in advance.
