My stay at Shanti Kunj was excellent overall. The quality of the apartments is above par and if there were any complaints they were attended to promptly by the caretakers. The apartments provided both the privacy and the comfort that I was looking for while staying in India. The only singnificant point, which can be a setback or asset, is that the apartment is a good 10 minute drive to the main roads and is only accesible by calling a taxi service, which takes an additional 15 minutes or more to arrive. We had a lovely time in India and very much appreciated the "home base" that the Vasant Vihar apartment became. On the whole, it was very well located, very well equipped, thoughtfully put together and made for a very comfortable stay. My e-mail dealings with you before arrival, were very easy. You were always prompt to respond - something I really appreciated. It was also great being able to go from the airport directly to the apartment, despite the late hour of our arrival. The suggestions that I can make are merely suggestions and do not reflect any unhappiness with the apartment at all. I would certainly consider staying there again, if the opportunity arose. November 2005,Vasant Kunj Apartment (2 bedroom)-
I was delighted with my stay at the Vasant Kunj apartment. I found it extremely well-appointed, with simple but tasteful furniture throughout. The lounge is bright and spacious, and both the DVD and Cable TV are very welcome indeed. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the dining room. There are 2 good-sized, comfortable bedrooms, both en-suite. Apart from the usual power-cuts, I had no problems with the fittings and appliances. I was in India for medical treatment, so I have to say that this apartment became my haven. It was a wonderfully restful sanctuary to return to after the chaos and trauma of visits to the hospital! Also, the fact that there is a house-boy to help with all kinds of chores was a great bonus. The landlord, too, went out of his way to make my stay as comfortable and stress-free as poss! ible. I am sure that this level of service would be very hard to match. I would recommend this apartment without the slightest hesitation to anyone needing to spend time in Delhi. Shiv has an excellent eye for details, ensuring that the flat is always absolutely immaculate! Furthermore, it is furnished fashionably. I spent a lot of time looking for accommodation in Delhi and did not see anything even remotely as good as Shiv's flat. In fact, it was such a wonderful flat that I stayed for six months!
