Colina is a family-oriented community located in the heart of Los Suenos Resort. These two and three-bedroom residences offer 2,100 square feet of living space in a split-level design. Large covered terraces overlook the fairways of La Iguana golf course. Community amenities include two free-form swimming pools, childrens pool, Jacuzzi, shade palapas, barbeque areas and an air-conditioned gymnasium. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site internet cafe, and private on-site laundry facilities. Beach Access is available through the Central Beach Club at the resort.
