Home Description: GOLF & OUTSIDE FIREPLACE HOME: This lovely & spacious 5+ bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2256 sq ft home is located on the 17th Fairway of the Pajaro Valley Golf Course, with a private putting green in the backyard, hot tub, & elegant waterfall hot/cold outdoor shower.
Just 20 min to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz and less than 20 minutes to Monterey, this is the place for those who like to have easy access for all the fun in the area. Be sure to enjoy the new and wonderful "Sea Harvest" restaurant about 10-mins away in Moss Landing. It's a fishermans "co-op" and you get a full 4-course seafood dinner for only $15!
The Great Room at the house includes the full kitchen with a granite-tiled island sink & gathering area with 3-stools, the family room with a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The adjoining dining area has one table for 6 and another for 4.
It adjoins the Living Room with a piano and comfortable overstuffed couches. To the left side, through the French Glass doors are tables & chairs in front of the full sized outside fireplace, with convenient rock wall seating. There is also a heat lamp for additional warmth. To the right, over a small arched bridge are the putting green and a raised patio with a great view of the golf course.
Past the putting green is a full 8-person hot tub next to a small rock waterfall. Around the next corner, through a vine covered arch is the elegant waterfall hot & cold outdoor shower.
Upstairs, the landing area has a multi-game table with air-hockey, pocket pool and 6 other games next to an L-shaped sofa for those waiting their turn at the game table. This sofa has removable back pillows for making into 1-adult and 1-child sized twin beds. The Master Bedroom has 1-King bed with a great view of the golf course and an adjoining full bath with a shower/tub.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd & 4th bedrooms have one Double each. The sofa in the Family room on the ground floor also makes into 2-adult twin beds for a 5th sleeping area. The Living Room also has a Queen Sofa sleeper that also has a Queen airbed for extra comfort for another sleeping area. There are also 2-adult size cots that can be placed in the Master Bedroom for additional guests. This brings the total sleeping capacity of up to 14 over-night guests.
This is a home you will want to come back to often as there is so much to see and do!
