With a luxurious south facing pool which is NEVER in the SHADE and backs on to a conservation area of orange trees. A must for those who value their privacy and don't wish to spend large parts of their day in the shade! It is also well away from the US 27 so there is no horrible traffic noise. It is ideally situated for all the main attractions, of which Disney is nearest at approx 15 minutes drive away.It is also ideally placed for the Interstate 4 which links Florida's east and west coasts. There are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets and for those who like golf there are many fine golf courses within easy reach including Greg Norman's championship. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two master bedrooms each contain queen-size beds and have large en-suite bathrooms. The big bath is amazing after a long day at the parks! The other two bedrooms are also furnished to a high standard with a shared bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area. The south facing heated swimming pool is 26 by 13 feet. This area consists of a large patio with luxury pool furniture.It backs on to a conservation area. The whole villa is air-conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout. There is a management company open five days per week and available 24 hours a day for any emergencies should they arise. Attractions & Distances Disney 15 mins.

Cape Canaveral 60 mins. Approx. BOOK IN AND OUT ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. FREE LATE CHECK OUT IF VILLA IS NOT BOOKED ON THE FOLLOWING DAY. NO DRIVING TO MANAGEMENT COMPANY OFFICE TO PICK UP THE KEY. IT IS COLLECTED FROM A LOCK BOX OUTSIDE THE VILLA. I PROVIDE EXCELLENT EASY TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.
