Only persons booked are permitted on the property and use the facilities.
A deposit of 50% with booking is requered and 50% is due 3 months before arrival.
No refunds, a cancelation/travel insurence is adviced.
The villa is only available from the 20st of June till the 26th of September 2009.
The maximum number of people staying at the villa is eight.
The top floor bedroom is for the owner's use only.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted.
Change over days Saturday's only.
