The complex overlooks a quiet, wide, gated courtyard with the entry on a side street and featuring free private parking. The units (built in October 2007) are side-to-side and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests in one studio apartment (Girasole, sleeps 2-3) and two 2-room apartments (Mimosa + Camelia, sleep 4 each). Units are completely independent and can be rented separately or together to easily accommodate large families or groups. For larger parties, additional room can be provided on request.

Particular care and attention were used to give our guests the comfort, relax and atmosphere one looks for when away from home. With total quiet, safety and privacy granted by the inner position of the complex, the apartments have been furnished and decorated with the best, most functional furniture, accessories and appliances so to make them perfect for a short-medium term occupation. A TV set, a refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, plenty of kitchen tools and appliances, sheets and towels, etc. are provided for all the apartments, that are air conditioned and heated with a state-of-the-art heat pump system. Together with all linen, private parking (right at the door!) and adsl high-speed internet connection are provided at no extra charge.

CAMELIA is one of the two 2-room apartments that are part of I Fiori rental complex. Wide, extremely comfortable, quiet, bright and completed with everything nice and practical, it is the ideal solution for two couples or a small party visiting for vacation or work.

A two-story apartment with a large, very nice terrace for your al fresco dining and round ceiling, clean, cozy and quiet, Camelia features one bedroom, one livingroom, one kitchen and one bathroom that can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in one queen-size bed plus an excellent double sofabed. Frames and mattresses are new and very firm. Sheets and blankets are provided and included in the price.

The bathroom and the kitchen are completely furnished in a very rational yet stylish way. Together with all the tools, accessories and appliances, a shower cabin, an air conditioner, an oven, a washing machine, shelvings, plenty of silverware, pans and pots, dishes, cups, etc. are provided together with towels and more. Seating is for 6. Private parking (in the yard – right at your door!) and high-speed adsl internet connection are provided at no extra charge.

Like the other apartments, Camelia – a great rental for very little money – has been carefully decorated with love and zest to make your stay in Bologna as much pleasant as possible – right like at your place!
