Fine finishes of marble, granite and exotic hardwoods with sea grass and banana leaf accents flourish throughout the oversized suites. The furnishings and interior design successfully blend distinctive Caribbean charm with contemporary sophistication. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, screened doors and most have plasma TV’s and DVD players. Enjoy modern comforts such as central office nook, a compact gym, iPod stations, sprawling media-entertainment room with a 60” plasma TV, wet bar, poker table, card and board games and magnificent Bose stereo sound -both indoors and poolside.

All villa guests enjoy a full range of complimentary services including wine selection on arrival, round trip airport transfers, private chef, concierge privé, butler services, private golf cart for beaching, twice-daily housekeeping, laundress and pressing service, signing privileges at the 3 restaurants and boutique at world-renowned Cap Juluca, beach chairs and umbrellas at Maundays Bay beach, and use of all villa facilities including office with private fax and telephone lines, wireless internet, gym and media-entertainment room.

Rates are quoted on a weekly basis, stays for less than a week are pro-rated. The rates do not include 10% government tax, 10% service charge, gratuities, food and beverage costs, or extras such as massages, boat charters, etc.

A refundable security deposit of US$2,000 is applied to all villa reservations.
