Built around a 17th Century sugar mill, Mullins Mill is a home of unique character located on eight acres of landscaped grounds. The main house (which is constructed around the original sugar mill) consists of three buildings joined by stairways. There is a cozy gazebo on the cliff side with sweeping views of the coastline. Also included is a ridge side infinity swimming pool with pool house and separate Jacuzzi located a short walk through the tropical gardens (about 100 yards) south of the main house. East of the main house you will find the floodlit tennis court and a further garden and orchard. Guests have use of the owner's private beach house right on the famous Gibbs Beach (just a 5 minute drive from Mullins Mill).Mullins can accommodate parties of up to 12 in 6 air conditioned bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house (one at the top of the original sugar mill) and two in the guest cottage on the grounds. A spacious sitting/dining verandah overlooks the vast gardens and cliff side gazebo and offers fantastic ocean views. Up a few steps from this verandah leads to the Shell Room designed by the well known architect Ian Morrison. There is a formal dining room indoors as well. Mullins Mill is run by an efficient staff who will do their best to make your holiday a memorable one. EXTRA AMENITIES: Separate beach house located in the centre of the well known Gibbs Beach (a five minute drive down the hill from Mullins Mill), tennis court (for use during daylight hours) golf can be arranged at Sandy Lane Hotel (about a 20 minute drive south) for an additional charge ,spa facilities are available a 3 minute drive down the hill at Suga Suga Spa for an additional charge. * Bedroom 03: First floor with raised pickled wood ceiling and patio. Beds are pushed together to make a king. Single vanity and tub/shower in ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 04: Ground floor with pickled-wood celing and patio. Beds are pushed together to make a king. Single vanity and shower only in ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 05: In the back cottage (as you first drive in, on the right) with patio. Best for nannies or teenagers as the beds can not be pushed together.
