We are located right in downtown center.You can choose to stay in either a "Room" or an "Apartment Suite": Each "Apartment Suite" has the following features: - either two single beds or one double bed,
- an additional (double) sofa bed
- cable television,
- telephone (free local calls)
- wireless-g internet
- small kitchen with fridge and stove (only light cooking/heating),
- independent entry
- private bathroom. We also have "Rooms" with shared bathroom available. Rooms with shared bathroom are on the second floor of a two floor apartment. There is a double bed, cable television and telephone in each room. There is a large lounge and kitchen on the first floor. To look at the suite and room pictures please click on the link below. All suites, rooms and common areas are NON-SMOKING. There is coin operated laundromat in basement. Breakfast is served in the lounge with fresh fruit, tea/coffee, orange juice, bagel, croissant, creamcheese and jam. We are located near University Street, at the quiet end of Prince Arthur Street which is one of favourite Montreal spots full of sidewalk cafes and bring your wine restaurants. Train station, downtown shopping malls, chinatown, festival sites and Montreal`s biggest green space (Mount Royal Park) is all within 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Apartment was built in 1921 with exposed brick walls and fireplace. There is free parking on the street, or we have indoor garage space for $10 per night. The rates are as follows:

2. Above rates are for per night for double occupancy. (for each additional person add $15)
3. For festivals and long weekends add $10 per night.
4. For 1 week or longer stay without breakfast deduct $10 per night.
5. Please also add 17.37% tax to the above rates.

1. We need your Credit Card Number and the Expiry Date to make a reservation.
2. We keep your credit card info for reservation reference only. No charges shall be put on it except in case of cancellation etc..
3. For payment please mail a personal cheque in advance (in Canadian Dollars only) or pay the full amount in cash at check-in.
4. You can also pay with a credit card at the check-in but we add 3.5% credit card fee to your total bill. Canadians can pay with Interac without any additional charges.
5. Please also indicate the number of persons and or preference (or absolute necessity) of two single beds or double bed etc.
