There is a minimum three month rental for this property. The property is available beginning November 1, 2007 and the tenancy can be extended to suit the needs of the tenant. There is a one month rental deposit required upon booking and a $500 refundable deposit. A dog is welcome, but the breed must conform to the regulations of the homeowners association. If the tenant wishes to bring a dog, there is an additional $500 deposit, which is refundable.
